Prestige Car Detailing Booking Policy At Prestige Car Detailing, we are committed to delivering a smooth and premium experience for all our clients. Please review the following booking policies to ensure a hassle-free experience: 1. Booking Confirmation & Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Once payment is processed, you will receive a booking confirmation with a reference number. Please verify that all details are correct. 2. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. If you need to reschedule within 24 hours, this will be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply. 3. Cancellation Policy - More than 24 hours before the appointment: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. - Less than 24 hours before the appointment: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will not be eligible for a refund. 4. No Refunds for Short-Notice Cancellation If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before your scheduled service, no refund will be issued. This policy helps us manage our schedule and provide fair service to all clients. 5. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or modify the services to fit the remaining time. In such cases, the full service price will still apply. 6. No-Show Policy If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the full cost of the service will be charged, and no refund will be provided. 7. Weather Conditions If weather conditions prevent us from completing outdoor services, we will contact you to reschedule at no extra cost. We will only cancel appointments in the case of severe weather conditions. 8.
